Pocket Rocket Restomod: The Saeco Hooligan was orginally proposed back in 2008 as a special edition. 15 years later we finally got around to making it happen. For context, Cannondale Hooligan was the brainchild of Chris Dodman and Torgny got to do the industrial design on this project. Thanks to Erwin Landau who helped source the parts and modify the frame/fork for internal cables and belt drive!
